Shipping & Returns

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and instructions on how to monitor your delivery.

What are your order processing times?

Orders placed on business days are processed within 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days.

During high-demand periods, such as sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.

Are custom charges included?

Custom charges are not included. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any applicable duties or taxes.

If customs fees are not paid, your order may be held, abandoned, or destroyed by the local customs authority. In such cases, Maison Molier is unable to issue a refund or reimbursement.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including modifications to delivery addresses, payment details, or other requests.

To ensure a seamless experience, we strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase. Maison Molier is not liable for errors in submitted order details, and all orders will be processed as originally placed.

How can I return my item(s)?

Request a return via the chat for returns. Include your full name, email address and order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we kindly ask that all returns are sent prepaid using a trackable service. Responsibility remains with the customer until the return has safely arrived at our warehouse. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may not be accepted.

Our leather used is LWG certified. LWG stands for Leather Working Group, a globally recognized, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible practices in the leather industry. LWG certification ensures that leather manufacturers meet stringent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards across the entire supply chain.

This includes ethical sourcing, sustainable production methods, and reduced environmental impact, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship while prioritizing sustainability.

How to take care of the items?

To keep your leather goods looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Leather will naturally age and develop character over time, this is part of its beauty.

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces to preserve the leather’s finish and color.
